Dr. Stephanie McNally

Dr. McNally is the Chair of the Northwell Health Physician Partners Operations Committee and uses her skills in operations and organizational awareness for enterprise-wide initiatives including pre-visit planning and provider referrals. She’s an active educator and speaker, recognized for her work in menopausal care and innovation in women's health leadership, co-founding Northwell's female physician leadership program. Her academic background includes degrees from the College of the Holy Cross and Johns Hopkins, with a medical degree from the Albert Einstein School of Medicine and a residency at Weil Cornell.

More about Dr. McNally
Dr. McNally holds a unique and synergistic role at Northwell. She’s Vice President of the OB/GYN Service Line, the Associate Regional Ambulatory Physician Executive and the Director of OB/GYN Services at the Katz Institute for Women’s Health.

In this position, she can effectuate change across multiple disciplines to bring about the best clinical outcomes with the highest quality and innovative initiatives. She’s the co-director of a clinically busy OB/GYN practice in Garden City and Lynbrook, Long Island.  Under her leadership and oversight, the practice size has more than doubled providing additional health access for women.
